Get to know Aldo:

What is a question you’re asking yourself about your leadership and the transformation you’re trying to drive?

I have two transformational challenges, one related to how to diversify into new resilient segments and the other one on how to lead the organization towards meeting our sustainability ambition. Both raise the key question of “how to balance the ambition with the affordability and feasibility of our journey maintaining the level of engagement and excitement in the organization.”

What do you want to learn on the Future Quest, and what do you want to contribute?

I hope to get ideas, inspiration and support from peers and external visits as we spend a couple of high intensity days. I intend to contribute constructively to the discussions, bring energy and enthusiasm and authenticity.

What strength has served you well in the past - that you may need to evolve beyond for the next stage?

Focus, resolve and looking for the broader picture, the latter is probably the one that needs to evolve plus building a stronger external network.

Where is your happy place and why?

Any small village in the Alps, both for skiing and trekking.
